NGAC Announces New Executive Director

We are excited to announce that Captain Rasheedah Bilal has been appointed as the new Executive Director of the National Guard Association of California (NGAC). With extensive experience at the national level and a robust network throughout California, CPT Bilal is uniquely positioned to lead NGAC effectively from day one.
Her commitment to serving service members and their families, along with her dedication and determination, will undoubtedly be key to her success. While she will manage a variety of responsibilities, CPT Bilal's leadership will be crucial in ensuring we all adhere to our by-laws and fostering strong communication among board officers.
As volunteers, we rely on strong leadership to guide us week after week, month after month, and year after year. We are confident that Rasheedah will be the leader to keep us moving forward.
Rasheedah currently serves as the Assistant S3, 100th Troop Command STARC.
